Please read our refund policy below for more information: Refund Eligibility Refunds are available for tournament registrations under the following conditions: If the tournament is canceled by GameSphere due to unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel your registration at least 7 days prior to the event start date. Refund requests made after this time will not be eligible for a refund. Refund Method Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used during registration. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Non-Refundable Fees Please note that any transaction fees, service charges, or optional add-ons such as premium features or merchandise are non-refundable.
